  • 3+ years software services sales;

Relevant Qualifications:

  • Experience with PaaS or low-code development platforms;
  • Strong client-facing and engagement skills;
  • Ability to understand customers’ business issues and to identify opportunities for
    Truewind to add value with its knowledge;
  • Network of contacts across different UK organisations;
  • Empathises and fosters trust and credibility across organisation levels;
  • Autonomy to work with remote supervision;
  • Direct communicator identifying opportunities to improve process and Truewind;
  • Strong customer references;
  • Ideally experienced in the low-code market;
  • Ambitious to grow with the company and manage a sales team;
  • Available to travel across UK&I.


  • You’ll be engaging with customers in medium to large organisations, identifying
    opportunities to create value using Truewind services over breakthrough OutSystems
    technology and driving these opportunities through the sales cycle to achieve
  • Your quota will include a large services component and a relevant OutSystems
    subscriptions component;
  • You’ll have pre-sales support of the operations team to deliver demos, develop
    proposals, size projects and devise effective technical architectures and you are
    expected to be able to pitch and address basic objections about the underlying
    technology and Truewind capability and methodology;
  • You’ll be closely collaborating with marketing, both driving top-of-the-funnel leads
    generated by marketing, collaborating in events and providing feedback to tune
    marketing activities;
  • You’ll be reporting to the CCO, working the UK&I territory and sharing best practice
    with the other sales regions.
